Alison is a Clinical Psychologist who holds a PhD and master’s degree in clinical psychology with 25 years’ experience assessing and treating children, adults, and families. For the past 15 years, Alison has acted as a single expert witness in complex family law matters. Her core practice is now devoted to helping families through alternate dispute resolution pathways, such as collaborative practice and mediation, as well as families going through a surrogacy arrangement. She continues to assess families involved in child protection and/or adoption.
She is a Director of Sydney Collective Psychology, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and APS Clinical College, a Member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors’ Association (ANZICA), a Member of Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals (AACP), an accredited report writer for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and an Authorised Clinician for the Children’s Court Clinic.
